Describe what you do: As a Community Manager at The Commons, I create an environment where a diverse group of individuals and companies can come together in a beautiful office to collaborate and create a community.
How do you like your coffee: Soy mocha
Device(s) you use: iPhone, MacBook and notebooks (lots of them).
Describe your working style in one sentence: I work best when I’m in a clean and creative environment. I like to be surrounded with natural light, greeneries and also have people around me that can push me to my fullest potential. I like working within a team, exchanging ideas while having a laugh, but I also get a lot of things done when I’m in a very quiet area. Lucky our office has it all!

What does your workspace look like: My workspace is in my bedroom currently, I like that I have enough space to work around with. Because usually, I have two MacBooks I need to use (one for work, one for study). I also love the fact that I have natural light! My view is nothing special but my dog usually says hi to me from the window.
How does your workspace affect your creative process: I work best when my environment is clean and organised so I always need to make sure that my surroundings are both so I can get my ideas going. I feel creative when I’m in a quiet and safe space and mellow music (sometimes with a matching relaxing scent).
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: I’ve been playing Jazz Vibes from Spotify on my way to work – loving the sense of calmness in the morning.
Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: My partner, Daniel Pineda, who’s pivoted his catering business to a gourmet taco takeaway service called Taqueria Condesa.
